This contract by CAG involves the construction of a dedicated T1 taxi roadway along Airport Boulevard for the purpose of connecting the proposed T1 remote taxi holding area (by others) to the T1 taxi pick-up area. The dedicated T1 taxi roadway will consist of at-grade roadway, a section of depressed roadway and a vehicular underpass. Separately, in view of the new flood control measures in the revised Code of Practice for Surface Water Drainage (COPSWD), as well as frequent and intense rainfall observed in recent years, CAG intends to upgrade the main drainage system serving Terminal 1 to meet the capacity as determined by the 100-year return storm intensity.
