ER412 is a Design & Build Project initiated by the Land Transport Authority along Pan Island Expressway (PIE) to carry out widening of PIE between Clementi Ave 6 to Toh Tuck Road. This 36 months project is a continuation of the widening works along PIE at ER317 and ER343. The scope of works includes design & construction of 2 vehicular flyovers, widening of PIE, Bukit Batok East Avenue 3/ Bukit Batok Street 23, earth retaining structures, M&E works, earth removal, slope formation and turfing to slope, relocation of all affected EMAS equipment, drainage, widening and upgrading of the existing carriageway and associated external works.
