Construction of single lane road from Punggol East Road to Tampines Flyover connection to Kallang - Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE).

The work scopes include design, construction, commission and maintenance of at-grade roadway, connecting steel decks and bridge over Sungei Serangoon. The steel deck and bridge shall compete with foundation, articulation, restraints and retaining system including bearings, expansion joints, topped with concrete layer and asphaltic wearing course and other facilities for operation and maintenance of the entire temporary road systems.

Upon completion, it will provide motorists from Punggol an alternative exit via Punggol East to KPE.
