J113 is a Design and Build (D&B) contract for the construction of two new Stations and Viaducts within the National Technological University (NTU) region for the upcoming Jurong Region Line.

The two stations are elevated structures with link bridges and entrances connecting to existing school facilities, halls and residences. The stations are linked up by an elevated Viaduct, constructed using a segmental box girder system over an undulating terrain. The works also include Architectural works, Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) and coordination with various system wide contractors for the completion of the project.

Apart from the station and viaducts, the scope also includes commuter facilities, utilities diversion and site clearance works.
